Rain and Sunshine explains a lot about me.  I grew up in the Pacific NW where it rained 9 months a year and I LOVED it!  I didn't know any different of course.  Later in my married years we moved to Utah and then to Nevada.  It doesn't rain much here and I missed it like crazy.  Well, I've grown up a lot in the last 7 years and I have learned to LOVE the sunshine too!  I grew up as a child in the RAIN but have grown up as an adult in the SUN.   I love taking photos but wish I was better at it.  Crafts and scrapbooking are a passion of mine.  I love my family and friends.   I love to be home.  I wish I could sleep in but I have a hard time letting my kids take care of themselves.  I miss my parents and extended family and friends. Being social is very important for me. Lake Tahoe is my new favorite place, especially during the summer.
I'm starting this blog is a place for me to put my passions and thoughts in one place and to reach out to others.  Also known as craft therapy!
